My story

From sport and entrepreneurship to working with family businesses

My professional path began in sport, and I carried the principles of discipline and consistency into entrepreneurship and consulting. The turning point was meeting my mentor Eric from the Netherlands, who opened the world of family-business professionalization to me.

Through years of working with owners across the region I built an approach that blends international family-business management models with the reality of our companies — authentic and applicable.
